BOB VITTI
USGTF Level III Member, Fairfax, Virginia

Bob is a USGTF Level III instructor currently teaching for the Everybody Golf School at Twin Lakes Golf Course in Clifton, Virginia. He began his golf career in 1962 as a caddy and beginning golfer, and played competitive golf through the 1960s and 1970s, including local, state, and club championships. He was the captain of his golf team in 1969 and 1970, and a member of the Army TRADOC golf team in 1975 and 1976. He was club champion in 1975 and runner-up in 1976.

In addition to his USGTF certification, Bob has degrees in education and engineering, has been certified for instruction in California and Texas, and has taught many subjects over the years. Most recently, Bob was the senior golf instructor at Brambleton Regional Golf Park in Ashburn, Virginia, and the Fair Oaks Golf Park in Fairfax, Virginia.

Bob is also the head coach for the Briar Woods High School golf team in Ashburn. His three-year-old team (with no seniors yet) has already captured three district titles and the 2007 regional championship!

Bob has a traditional golf philosophy, emphasizing swing fundamentals and the mental game, golf courtesy, the rules of golf, and most of all, enjoyment of the game. His goal is to help people become better golfers, regardless of age or current playing ability.
